There's a lot of talk about social media marketing, but what about listening? This session would explore some of the tools and techniques for effectively gathering useful customer and market sentiment as discussions evolve in various social media.

I agree - commonly qualitative is overlooked in both marketing or customer service communications that is aggregated on brand sites or externally in focused social communities. Great idea Jason!
